Because Way2Learn primarily offers educational services and digital learning programs, refunds and exchanges are subject to the terms below.
A full refund may be requested within 14 days of enrollment, provided the program has not yet started.
Any administrative or registration fees (if applicable) may be non-refundable.
Refund requests made after a program has started may be eligible for a partial refund, calculated based on sessions attended and administrative costs.

Items may be returned within 14 days of receipt if unused and in original condition.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Damaged or defective items must be reported within 3 days of delivery.
Exchanges may be permitted for switching to another program of equal value before the program begins.
Any price differences must be paid if transferring to a higher-priced program.
Transfers are subject to availability.
If Way2Learn cancels a program due to unforeseen circumstances:
Participants will receive a full refund, or
The option to transfer to a future session at no additional cost.
Refunds or credits may be considered in cases of:
Medical emergencies
Relocation
Other documented exceptional situations
