At Way2Learn, we are committed to providing high-quality educational programs and services. We understand that circumstances may change, and this Return & Exchange Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds, returns, or exchanges may be processed.


1. Program Enrollment & Service-Based Purchases

Because Way2Learn primarily offers educational services and digital learning programs, refunds and exchanges are subject to the terms below.

a) Before Program Commencement

  • A full refund may be requested within 14 days of enrollment, provided the program has not yet started.

  • Any administrative or registration fees (if applicable) may be non-refundable.

b) After Program Commencement

  • Refund requests made after a program has started may be eligible for a partial refund, calculated based on sessions attended and administrative costs.

  • No refunds will be issued after [Insert Percentage or Timeframe, e.g., 50% of the program duration has passed], unless under exceptional circumstances.

c) Missed Sessions

  • Missed classes or sessions are generally non-refundable.

  • Make-up sessions may be offered at the discretion of Way2Learn, subject to availability.


2. Digital Products & Learning Materials

For downloadable resources, recorded sessions, or digital materials:

  • Due to the nature of digital products, purchases are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

  • If you experience technical issues, please contact us for assistance.


3. Physical Materials 

If Way2Learn provides physical books or materials:

  • Items may be returned within 14 days of receipt if unused and in original condition.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Damaged or defective items must be reported within 3 days of delivery.


4. Exchanges

  • Exchanges may be permitted for switching to another program of equal value before the program begins.

  • Any price differences must be paid if transferring to a higher-priced program.

  • Transfers are subject to availability.


5. Cancellations by Way2Learn

If Way2Learn cancels a program due to unforeseen circumstances:

  • Participants will receive a full refund, or

  • The option to transfer to a future session at no additional cost.


6. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds or credits may be considered in cases of:

  • Medical emergencies

  • Relocation

  • Other documented exceptional situations

Supporting documentation may be required.
